12″ X 5″ Black Square On Center Of Lcd Tv? Help?

I just bought an LG 32″ LCD flat screen HDTV and just using it for 2 days, randomly, I’ll get a huge size solid black square in the center of the TV. Is this a problem with TV??? I only have 5 days to return products,, please advise if this is normal.
I would return it. It shouldn’t be randomly doing that.

You might have turned on on closed captioning TEXT: turn it off from the menu or remote.
please read the directions.
