Are There Any 32″ Lcd/plasma Tv’s That Sport 1080p Resolution And Also Are Multisystems?

So i need a 32″ Plasma or LCD TV that has Full HD resolution (1920×1080) pixels and also supports all the TV formats (PAL, NTSC, SECAM) and as well all voltages ranging from 110-240 Volts. It’s really hard finding something like this and i need your help!
NO, you really DON’T need a 1080p 32″! You can’t see the difference between 1080p and 720p/1080i unless:
1. You have a screen of at least 50″ ( or sit with your nose almost up against the TV: and
2. You have a Blu-ray player with a 1080p BRD.
There is only 1 32″ plasma and it is JUNK! For superior performance and reliability, look at the Panasonic, Sony, and Toshiba LCDs n 32″.
