Best 32″ Lcd?

Alright.
i’ve bought about 5 32″ lcds and have taken them back. i cannot decide which ones the best. What is the best 32″ lcd tv under 1000 right now. i try to compare specs but people say different companies measure their specs diffrant so you cant really tell. someone pleeeeeease help im going crazy
The top two brands in 32″ LCD, for BOTH performance and reliability, are Panasonic and Sony. If these are too expensive for you, look at a lower price point, but still good quality Toshiba followed, perhaps, by Sharp and maybe Samsung. You do NOT need 1080p for 32″! It’s a waste of money and a marketing ploy for a screen under about 46″.
Sony TV’s consistently rank at the top of picture quality and reliability ratings. Try the Sony – BRAVIA 32″ Model: KDL-32M4000. The only drawback is that it is 720p/1080i, which will show all broadcasts in full HD, but cannot display Blu-Ray DVDs at their highest 1080p resolution.
