   For LCD 32 and below, you eye cant get any difference between HD and FULL HD TV. even side by side play the same image. ( you get difference for 40 inc and above size screen ). so go for prices, and out look design, both are good 32 inc TV. if you need USB port, go for Samsung . in picture and sound , both are good. both reliable !

   I fix MORE BROKEN Samsungs than I do SONY TVs….
   Beginning to know the part numbers like the back of my hand…
   I’d still pick a Sony first and foremost…but if the Sony is only 720P Display panel, and the Samsung is a 1080P Display panel…I would get the 1080P LCD panel over a 720P panel any day….

   both samsung and sony are good brands, but sony does tend to be more reliable in the long run. however, being that the samsung is full HD and the sony is not, i would go that route.

   I’d go with the Samsung over the Sony no matter what the features. USB is nice, I suppose, do you plan to use it?
