i work in the circuit city television department and the samsungs and the sonys are the best tvs you can get for the money. vizios are cheap tvs that will not last as long or hanve as nice of a picture. its important to remember that you get what you pay for….good luck
I recently purchased a 42″ Olevia. It has a great picture and good features. I only paid about 1000 for it and I love it!
The best product for the money is the Vizio 42″ 1080P at Wal*Mart (and online) for $928! This TV has the best pictures and the most bang for the buck.. and its made in the USA! You will not be sorry…
well its not cheap bit a Sony xbr4 or xbr5 LCD has the best picture out today in myvopinion I have both a xbr5 and a samsung 81 series and the samsung has a drop of better black levels bit not so much to notice unless side by side but otherwise the xbr is amazing
An excellent one that i myself have been look at for a long time is the toshiba regza 42HL167 (1080p) or the 42HL67 (720p)
The 1080p is only $100 more expensive, so thats what i am aiming to get.
