Help ASAP!!!!!!!!! I called dish network but they werent that much of a help if anyone has the right code i can type in my dish remote that would be great thanks alot.
With technology, something is always behind the curve. Your TV, being newer than the remote, probably talks a different language that the remote can’s speak. Between my Dish Network receiver, my Toshiba HDTV and my Pioneer home theater receiver, I can’t get one OEM remote that will do everything.
Try this: http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/remote… . These remotes can be programmed to control just about anything. When new devices come out or you buy something new, you can just download the drivers from Logitech.
I had a similar problem, but I entered in the Sharp TV codes and one of them worked!
You try that or just hit code search on your remote if it has it.
