Is A 32 Inch Nearly The Same As A 37 Inch Tv?

I’ve been looking for a new LCD TV – 37 inch – for this Xmas. For the past few days, apparently one can find many 32inch TV on promotion, while I couldn’t find any decent deals for 37”.
I was wondering if I can compromise by buying a 32”, or for that matter, a 40”. Do you think for an average living room, these sizes are nearly the same – although I know for sure that 37” is the best given the distance from my sofa.

Get the BIGGEST tv you can afford, 37 inch may seem very big but i have a 40 inch and now saving up for a 50 inch. You will very soon wish you got a bigger tv after a month of watching your 37 inch.

You quickly get used to whatever you buy. We have a 42″ which appeared HUGE when we got it but now seems normal!
