Is A Shot Lcd Tv Screen Repairable?

I gave my brother a toy gun and he shot the LCD TV… I’m an idiot! It’s LG 42LF65 i guess or in other words a way to big to be just replaced.
The screen isn’t repairable, right?
How much would it cost to get a new one? it’s 42″
The TV is under warranty, but it’s my fault that it’s broken. There is no chance for LG to fix it or give me a new one, right?

It can not be repaired. And replacing the screen costs about the same as buying a new TV.

No chance. Factory warranties cover manufacturing defects; they don’t cover negligence.
You might check home owner’s or renter’s insurance to see if it covers this. Long “shot” though.

1st check with LG on what is covered in the warranty. Explain what happened with you little bro.
