Is An Element Hd-lcd Tv Worth It?

I’ve had a 19″ tube TV since 1998 and have finally decided that it’s time to shell out a couple of bucks and upgrade… especially since the 19″ is in its death throes. Unfortunately, I have a very limited budget (about $500) and have been shopping around for the last month or so for an affordable TV. At first I was looking at just larger SD tube TVs larger than 19″, but as I was browsing the unafforadable 32″+ LCDs, I came across a HD-LCD that was affordable, but it was made by a brand I have not heard of, ‘Element’. According to the customer reviews the overall rating has been fairly good, many claiming that it is definately worth the price… but I’m still a little unsure and would like a third opinion.
