Lcd Tv With “splotchy” Picture!!! Hard To Explain!!?

First off I have a Westinghouse LTV 32 W3 HD LCD. I have a Sony 6.1 channel reciever, a PC and a Panasonic 5 Disc DVD Player all hooked up. The PC is hooked up directly to the TV via the VGA cable….only because I have been to lazy to go spend 45 bucks on the DVI cable…The DVD Player goes through the AV reciever and then plugs into the TV via the conponent cables…YPbPr… and then the straight TV is just plugged into via the Cable spot!! Now with my problem, the colors seem to be “splotchy”, it appears as if the colors do not blend into one another seemless, and it leaves colorful “sparkles over the black, or darker, areas of the pictures…Like a terrible rain storm that messes up the entire picture!! Any help at all would be completely appreciated!!!

Since you bought a cheap TV, it’s safe to assume you bought a cheap AV receiver as well. Since you’re too cheap to buy a decent cable for it…. well, you got what you paid for.

My solution would be to sell your junk to an unsuspecting fool and spend some serious money on some quality products.
