I have a Regent HT-2004 home theater system and I am fixing to but a Vizio 42” LCD tv and I was curious as to if they will work together. I really don’t want to have to buy a new sound system as well. Does anyone know the answer?

Most lcd tv’s have plenty of video and audio connections to work with any home theater system. For the best quality picture and sound use component cables for video with optical or coaxial for the audio.
If the home theater system / tv has an hdmi output / input use that for the video and audio.

    They should.
