I Need A Pcie Video Card That Can Drive A 32″-37″ Lcd Hdtv. I Will Mostly Be Watching Movies And Tv Shows.

I am buying a 32-37 inch TV and want to use it as a monitor, but I need a more powerful video card. What should I look for, I dont want to spend too much on it. What do you think?

i want a 32-37 in” LCD TV that look great when i play my ps3 and xbox360 so it needs to have like 4 HDMI ports so if u know a good tv that works well with these system’s
