Advice On Buying 32″ Flat-screen Tv? (either Lcd Or Plasma)?

Our TV is dying and must be replaced. I’d like to upgrade to a flat-screen, HD model. I need a 32″ model.

Let me know your opinion about your tv as I have read plasmas are better if you are going for a larger screen tv but the new 1080p lcd screens are apparently excellent as well.
