Why Is The Picture Blocky On My Panansonic Hdtv Lcd Tv?

Hi.
Even with the SKY+ HDTV box, the picture is blocky on my 32″ LCD Panasonic TX-L32X10BA.
On HDTV channels as well.
Why is this?
