12″ X 5″ Black Square On Center Of Lcd Tv? Help?

I just bought an LG 32″ LCD flat screen HDTV and just using it for 2 days, randomly, I’ll get a huge size solid black square in the center of the TV. Is this a problem with TV??? I only have 5 days to return products,, please advise if this is normal.

I Have A Faint “ghost” Line In The Center Of My 42″ Lcd Tv?

The line runs down the center of the screen at the half way point, very faint but still visible especially when the screen has light colored background. It is like a mach band a single fine grey line. This can not be normal.
