My 32″ Lcd Tv Colour Is Breaking Down.?

Very noticable in large area’s of same colour ie sky or grass the colour seems to ’swim’ and other colours break through. Sometimes they follow an edge of the main colour. Set is only 18 months old. Any ideas?
