I Have A 32″ Lcd (philips). I Have Speakers That I Used To Plug Into The Headphone Jack On Old Tv. Read On?

This new TV does not have a headphone jack.What are my options (if any) to plug them into the new TV. Is there a HDMI adapter? Please help…
