SVideo is supposed to give best results but HD out is even better. Now a days you also get the progressive output. Audio out may be there in the audio out on the motherboard or the audio card. Just look behind the cpu and you will find these. Right click the desktop on an empty space and then click the properties. You can select the options from your display settings. Some of them even give dual view or set primary display. Read carefully as they are explained there itself and set it. On your TV select the SVIDEO or cable or HD mode depending on which cable you used to connect your PC to the LCD.
To take advantage of the PC and get more than 4000 plus international TV stations and radio why not use Satellite TV for PC which streams TV and radio on the internet. http://clocks.110mb.com/satellitetvpc.htm The software is cheap and needs no monthly payments. All channels come free once you have bought the software for a very small amount lesser than a month’s cable tv charges you normally pay. Try it.
