I Bought An Lcd 32″ Tv And It Now Has A Water Mark Around The Edges, Creeping Inwards. Any Reasons Why? Thanks

This is a vizio brand tv, but it’s also happening on a sylvania too. Is this a common problem with lcd tvs?
