Strength Adhesive For Putting Tv On Wall.?

I have 32 inch lcd tv, which im looking to hang onto the wall using the brackets provided, however i have hit steel in the wall and cannot drill any further.
I was wondering would adhesive glue be able to hold the weight of the tv.
Or any tips on drilling into metal (steel) would be helpful.
