Trying To Turn Lcd Tv Into Pc Monitor?

i have an acoustic solutions 32″ lcd tv and i’m trying to connect it to my computer via a vga cable. it works. it shows a picture on the loading screen where it says microsoft corporation and the green loading bar on vista. and then when that has finished the screen goes blue and says no signal.
HELP!
reset ur refresh rate back to 60hz and change ur resolutions to about 800 by 600. good luck!

TV’s aren’t as good as computer monitors you’ll have to set the re fresh rate right down …
