If price doesn't matter, I would recommend a Sony or Panasonic. DO NOT BUY A VIZIO. Vizio's are known for having many problems, screen stops working, speakers blow out, overheating. The price is great on one, but they are the worst.

There are quite a few brands to choose from; I would get a 1080p HD display like this LG: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001V5J…
or this Vizio: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001GKK…
If you would like a cheaper 780p HD set you should look at this TV: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0015EU…

There are loads of options to consider. You didn't mention a desired budget or any desired specs. Are you looking for a good, reputable, but basic LCD? Are you looking for a "maxed out" features LCD?
Brands wise, Panasonic, Sony, and LG would be your best bets. They all have a good variety of options at 32". You can select from a variety of prices and features. Samsung as a brand would also be fine at the size, but I think you can do better price wise with the first three (get stuff with better bang for the buck).
Models I would consider looking at (prices from Amazon),
Panasonic TC-L32X1 32" 720p 60Hz - $380
Panasonic TC-L32S1 32" 1080p 60Hz - $528
Panasonic TC-L32G10 32" 720p 120Hz - $484
Sony KDL-32L5000 32" 720p 60Hz - $440
Sony KDL-32S5100 32" 1080p 60Hz - $524
Sony KDL-32XBR9 32" 1080p 120Hz - $659
LG 32LH20 32" 720p 60Hz - $409
LG 32LH30 32" 1080p 60Hz - $479
LG 32LH40 32" 1080p 120Hz - $604
Personally, I would go with the Panasonic TC-L32X1 for a really strong image quality, but basic LCD. I like the image it produces and you get a top tier brand with great reliability. And the price doesn't hurt much either.
If you're a gamer, then I might consider the Panasonic TC-L32G10 for the 120Hz. That would give the added refresh rate to help reduce any potential motion blur problems.
But really I think any of those sets there would serve you really well. It would be hard to go to wrong with any of them. So just snag one online from Amazon. Or if you prefer a physical retail outlet, look around for one that will price match Amazon.
